Overview of variant annotation

Authors:

Circular RNA (circRNA) are single-stranded nucleotide molecules, covalently bonded to form a closed form. First discovered in 1976 in a study of plant pathogens. Since then, many questions have arisen for researchers about the function of this type of RNA. Several studies have shown that circRNAs are involved in immune responses and immune cells. The circRNA integrated analysis project hopes to build a model to understand the effects of this type of RNA on diseases, eliminating the influence of cell types on the model.
